At ChowChow Network of PA, our passion for dog rescue started when our founder rescued a neglected Chow Chow, Nala. From that moment on, she knew that she wanted to help other pets in need.

What started as a one-woman operation has now grown into a full-service pet care company. We have a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to transporting, grooming and taking care of neglected, abused and/or unwanted dogs.
